All Maintenance Agreement Customers receive preventive maintenance and peace of mind.
Our Residential Maintenance Service is performed three times annually and includes:
- Cleaning or replacement of air filters, air quality equipment, and U-V air cleaners.
- Check all electrical connections, compressor and fan motors.
- Lubricate all motors and bearings.
- Check belts and blowers.
- Clean outdoor coils.
- Check thermostat accuracy and related control wiring.
- Check refrigerant charge.
- Check heater operation.
- Check air distribution system, insulation, and ducting.
- Check condensate drain, auxiliary drain, and safety float switch.
- Evaluate the entire system and advise you of any discrepancies we may find.
Once annually, we will clean your refrigerator condenser and dryer vent.
